Top tier undergraduate degree and MBA; CFA a plus
Superior academic achievement demonstrating strong analytical capability
Atleast 3-5 years' experience of broad-based exposure to corporate finance,
valuation and/or investment banking, ideally gained within a financial services
institution, private equity or management consulting firm
Skills and abilities:
a) Strong quantitative and analytical skills for evaluating complex transactions and
investments
b) Technical expertise in modelling and financial analysis; other database systems a
plus
c) Excellent presentation and written communication skills
d) Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
e) Capacity to develop a network of business contacts
f) Professional presence necessary to establish credibility with various players in the ecosystem
g) High degree of energy, initiative, motivation
h) Ability to express technical analysis in concise, clear manner
i) Team player, detail oriented, creative thinker
j) Multi-tasker – work with different individuals on multiple projects
k) Ability to work in a time constrained environment
