– A post graduate degree in HR from a reputed university/business school, and a good academic record
–At least 10 years experience in the HR function, preferably in an engineering firm
– Exposure to all aspects of HR
– Excellent communication and people management skills
The candidate will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities in the organization, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, salary and benefits administration, employee welfare measures, and statutory compliance.
The position is based at the company's head office in Hyderabad.
