The candidate would be responsible for overall supervision, performance and achieving sales target of the given region. MBA with good academic record and minimum of 5 years and above of experience in Agri and allied industry can apply.
Area Sales Manager - Retail/Dealer Network/Cross Sell: 3
The candidate should be capable of planning & strategizing, coordinating with TM for appointing dealers and achieving of sales target, cross selling of financial, insurance and other consumer goods product and services from existing customers, MBA with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Seeds & Pesticides and Insurance industry can apply.
Area Manager - Cattle Feed: 1
The candidate should be graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with specialization in Veterinary sciences and having 3-5 years of experience in veterinary industry.
HR Manager: 1
The candidate should have enriched experience in manpower planning, talent acquisition process, designing and implementation of HR policies. Any candidate with post graduate diploma in HR/MSW/MBA in Human Resource Management
or equivalent field with minimum of 5-7 yrs of experience can apply.
Female candidates are preferred.
Business Development Executive: 6
The candidate should be responsible for appointing dealers, coordinating with
TM for achieving sales target and maintaining relationship with top key customers. He should be graduate / post graduate / MBA with 2-3 years of experience in agri and allied fields.
